IT'S TOO HOT

Have pootered around a bit and done some housey things but boy howdy this heat is taking it out of me

Alas I have to go out to help at the school fundraiser BBQ (which I am currently objecting to less as I didn't have to do the other activity yesterday owing to The Heat)

Until then I shall slump in a beanbag and work on a crochet square and watch Midsomer Murders

I salute you from the opposite side of the weather-related sulking. I have just contemplated spring, sheeps, and fumbling towards tender homo joy with a laserlike focus in the form of "God's Own Country," which I fully recommend if you too are in need of that kind of movie.

Our weather-related sulking has blissfully subsided into grateful enjoyment of a cool change and some delightfully autumnal weather.

That movie sounds delightful! I shall check it out!
